Vozny I. P. Tools for Writing in the 12th – early 13th centuries on the Territory of South-Western Rus
- The article analyzes the tools for writing in 12th – early 13th centuries found at archaeological locations on the territories of the South-Western Rus. The author gives typological classification of tools for writing and analyzes the use of it by different levels of population depending on material. It is proved that culture and spiritual life of South-Western Rus in 12th – 13th centuries developed in the mainstream of ancient culture and it is characterized by the same features.
