Artyukh V.O. The Historiosophy of Nikolay Kostomarov
- The article analyzes the historiosophical views of the famous historian Kostomarov, their development within the paradigm of romantic historiography. It is concluded about direct dependence of Kostomarov’s messianic ideas of predestination history of the Ukrainian people on the ideas contained in Adam Mickiewicz’s “Books of the Polish people”.
