Shevchenko V. M. The redistribution of the land fund in 1861 and its influence on formation the land market in Ukraine
- The role of the reform of 1861 was elucidated by the author as the result of which the redistribution of land property had been realized in Russian empire between nobles and representatives of other sections of the population and the peasantry was among their number. Thanks to the redistribution of land property wide perspectives opened for successful development land market relations and for forming land market in Ukraine. Legislative acts were analysed which concerned arranging Ukrainian land serf peasantry. The question about land arranging ex-landowners and court-yard peasantry had been exposed. Causes had been formulated of long-term non-signing statutes deeds and dynamics of their inculcation in nine Ukrainian regions.
