Lemish N.O. M.M. Plokhinskyi and his work “Archives of Chernihiv Province”
- This article concerns the archive studies by Mykhailo Melentiyovych Plokhinskyi and elucidates his contribution to the development of this issue. On the basis of the scientific heritage the results achieved by the scientist are defined. The results have been received in the course of comprehensive research of the XIXc. archives of Chernihiv province.
